HIKmicro AD21 Acoustic Water Leak Detector

Medium escaping from small cracks or fissures in a pressurized system creates noises (usually imperceptible to the human ear). The HIKmicro AD21 Acoustic Water Leak Detector detects and amplifies the noises to make them audible, while also graphically displaying their characteristics.

Based on the graphically displayed noise (or its intensity), the location of the leak can be determined. The intensity of the characteristic low noises of the leak is stronger the closer we are to the leak. The high sensitivity of the AD21's contact microphones ensures that the inspections can be carried out with sufficient efficiency.
