Special Capabilities

Vibration Measurement and Spectrum Analysis The STM 9084 supports not only the most common vibration analysis procedures (wideband vibration measurement, spectrum analysis, bearing vibration measurement), but also analyzes vibrations by breaking them down into frequency bands. Its greatest advantage is that during the measurement - next to the inspected machine - information on the severity of the most common machine faults (imbalance, shaft misalignment, mechanical looseness) is available! There is nothing better than getting information right next to the machine that helps quickly and efficiently determine the need for further investigations or even immediate interventions.

Bearing Condition Monitoring The STM 9084 offers high-frequency acceleration-based bearing condition monitoring. Whether it is insufficient lubrication or the presence of initial or severe bearing damage, the instrument reliably detects all these.

Battery-Powered Operation The STM 9084 features a modern, wirelessly rechargeable battery pack, allowing it to operate for up to 50 hours on a single charge.

PC Connection Data measured with the STM 9084 instrument can be transferred to a PC (via USB), where they can be systematically stored, displayed, and further evaluated - even in spectrum- and trend-based analysis - using the optional VibTrend Windows-based software. Technical Data
