The TPI C-Trend II Diagnostic Software is an easy-to-use, Windows XP/Windows 7-based data storage and trend analysis PC software for TPI STM 9080 and TPI 9041 Ultra II vibration data collector instruments. Its functions include handheld instrument route programming, data reception and storage, graphical display of trends, spectra, and waterfall plots, automatic limit value evaluation, and report generation. Immediate Data and Limit Value Display Machine groups, machines, and measurement points can be easily and quickly created and named as desired. Each element receives a separate color code in the route based on the latest measurement data, allowing for quick recognition of the machine's condition (red - critical / yellow - warning / green - OK). Vibration levels to be measured, bearing condition values, and spectrum frequency ranges can be easily set for each measurement point. By setting prediction and alarm limit values for each point, users receive real-time information during measurements if the machine vibration or bearing condition (both acceleration-based and enveloping curve) reaches or exceeds the preset limit values. Time Waveform, Spectrum, and Waterfall Plot with Ease Acceleration, velocity, or displacement numerical values characteristic of machine and bearing conditions can be displayed instantly from measurements stored in the C-Trend II software. The software can display the trend, time waveform, and spectrum of the measured data specific to the machine. Simply select the machine within the appropriate machine group, the measurement point, and the assigned measurement direction, and the requested graphical display is immediately available. To facilitate comparison and display of past measurements, waterfall plots can also be shown, providing visual information on changes in individual vibration components (very useful for resonance search, for example). Comparison and Evaluation with Auxiliary Tools Displayed data can be freely zoomed in and scaled. Simultaneous viewing and comparison of one or more spectra, time waveforms, enveloping curves, trends, waterfall plots, and other data displays are possible. Spectrum evaluation can be performed with single or multiple cursors or even with sideband cursors, which can be synchronized for any spectrum. An auxiliary table prepared according to ISO 10816-3 also assists in evaluating the root mean square or trend, and the background color of trends helps to identify limit value exceedances. Expandable Bearing Database The TPI C-Trend II Diagnostic Software - expandable by the user - contains an extensive bearing database with fault frequencies characteristic of bearings from various manufacturers. Users can search the database by manufacturer and model designation. One-Click Report Generation Reports on performed measurements, observed or critical machines, or changes in individual machines can be generated with a single click. Reports can be exported to Word, allowing for post-editing and reprinting.
