MaintTech CX-Balancer Balancing Handheld Instrument - Two-channel Balancing Handheld Instrument with Vibration Measurement Capability

The MaintTech CX-Balancer balancing handheld instrument measures on two measuring channels simultaneously, offering single- and two-plane dynamic balancing with many convenience features. In addition, it is suitable for measuring vibrations (amplitude and phase angle), and thanks to its analysis function, it can display the vibration amplitude corresponding to the rotational frequency and its second or third harmonic even during measurement. All this is presented with a very simple, logically structured user interface, allowing for immediate balancing or vibration analysis without prior knowledge of the device.

The CX-Balancer vibration measurement/balancing device is designed for industrial maintenance technicians and operators with its ergonomic design and versatile functionality. Its small size, easy operation, and versatile functionality provide convenient use for on-site dynamic balancing and machine condition assessment.

Easy Operation, Easy Readability

With its logical menu system and graphical LCD display ensuring good readability, balancing becomes a very easy task with the device guiding the user step by step through the balancing process.

Machine Vibration Analysis (not only) according to ISO 10816

The CX-Balancer instrument is suitable for machine condition assessment according to ISO 10816-3 by displaying various characteristics of vibrations, and thanks to its analysis function, it can also display the vibration amplitude corresponding to the rotational frequency and its second or third harmonic even during measurement. This provides information on the most common machine faults: rotational frequency --> imbalance, 2x rotational frequency --> misalignment, 3x rotational frequency --> mechanical looseness.

Complete Package

The instrument is supplied with all accessories necessary for immediate use in balancing and vibration measurement. With the included vibration and speed sensors in the carrying case, all measurements and analyses can be performed, and a detailed user manual further assists in the work.
