PIM VibMinderPro data collector handheld device - During data collection with VibMinderPro, the data is stored along with the exact time of measurement down to the second. In the case of machine condition data acquisition, prediction and limit value alarms, as well as trend alarms, are immediately displayed. In addition to the vibration velocity effective value characteristic of machine conditions, the device also measures the high-frequency vibration acceleration effective value characteristic of bearing conditions.

Based on trends created from data collected with VibMinderPro and processed with the ProfiTrend PC software, it can be estimated when each machine needs to be repaired at the latest. The Hungarian manual provided with the device assists in evaluating the measurement data.

If necessary, VibMinderPro is also suitable for dynamic balancing of rotating machinery.
