Sensonics DN2601 Machine Protection Unit - Dual-channel installed vibration monitoring-machine protection unit

Sensonics DN2601 Machine Protection Unit - The Sensonics DN2601 type dual-channel vibration monitoring-machine protection unit ensures complete safety of the monitored machine. The device is practically maintenance-free and performs continuous self-checks on its measuring channels and attached measuring circuits for safety purposes. The unit is capable of receiving two ICP-powered (with built-in charge amplifier) piezoelectric vibration acceleration sensors, but optionally can also be supplied with electrodynamic vibration velocity sensors. The DN2601 monitoring unit can be used for all types of rotating machinery: such as electric motors, pumps, fans, compressors, mills, crushers, mixers.

Description

The DN2601 device processes the signals from the sensors according to the set measurement range and signal integration, then outputs current signals proportional to the vibration levels from both channels. The buffered signals from the sensors are available for further evaluations at the BNC connector.

The operation of the two alarm relay outputs per channel is based on the appropriate channel signal level. If the vibration level on any channel exceeds the set warning or protection threshold value, the warning or protection LED corresponding to the channel lights up, and the respective relay contact of the channel switches as well.

The current values and set limits can be viewed on the built-in digital display. Technical Data
