InfraTec ImageIR 9300® installed thermal camera - The ImageIR® 9300 thermal cameras in the mid-wave measurement range were specifically developed for thermographic measurement/analysis of processes requiring high image resolution or fast temperature dynamics. With the ImageIR® 9300, it is possible to record extremely high-resolution thermal images at up to 390 Hz frame rate (thus, 390 thermal images per second!). The latest thermal cameras from the German company InfraTec GmbH represent the most advanced Focal-Plane-Array (FPA) photon detector technology in the international market. The ImageIR® 9300 thermal cameras are available with two different mid-wave measurement ranges and various application-specific options.

InfraTec ImageIR® 9300 Installed Thermal Camera - Versatile applicability
The ImageIR thermal cameras with their special capabilities are suitable for research and development tasks, high-speed manufacturing processes such as laser welding and soldering inspection, development, and diagnostics. The thermal cameras belonging to the ImageIR® family were primarily developed for industrial and laboratory thermographic analysis of processes requiring short and mid-wave measurement ranges or very fast temperature dynamics. Depending on the model, they offer frame rates of 850 Hz or even 9 kHz, and they connect to the supplied high-performance PC or Notebook via a fast real-time interface.
The thermal cameras are fully remote-controllable, aided by the control and evaluation program belonging to the supplied IRBIS® software suite. Specialized thermal image analysis and process control software tailored to specific applications can be ordered for industrial thermal process analysis and control.
The thermal cameras can be equipped with a variety of optics according to the measurement task, making them incredibly versatile. Moreover, thanks to their completely sealed housing, they can withstand even industrial conditions.
State-of-the-art detector technologies
The ImageIR® thermal camera family employs the latest Focal-Plane-Array (FPA) detector technologies (based on InSb, MCT, or QWIP detector matrices depending on the wavelength range), enabling excellent image quality and extremely high frame rates. This is complemented by the detectors' particularly short integration time and fast 14-bit thermal image digitization.
The ImageIR® 9300 camera models with their extremely high-resolution 1280 x 1024 pixel detector and optics providing high geometric resolution allow for displaying even the smallest details of measurement objects, suitable for inspecting microelectronic devices in manufacturing or operation.

The ImageIR® 9300 thermal cameras are capable of fast real-time thermal image capture (390 Hz frame rate).
PC software
The high-performance and versatile, 64-bit, Windows Win7/Win10 compatible thermography software family IRBIS®3.1 developed by InfraTec is particularly designed for industrial applications. The software base package (included with the thermal cameras) contains the IRBIS®3.1 basic program for evaluating stored thermal images and image documentation, as well as the IRBIS®3.1 online program enabling remote control of the thermal camera and real-time transfer of thermal images to a PC. For detailed analysis of thermal image sequences (e.g., creating videos, displaying thermal image galleries) and for post-adjustment of recording parameters, the optional IRBIS®3.1 plus and IRBIS®3.1 professional software packages offer possibilities.
