About us: We started our professional activities in 1993, and since 1997 - now for 25 years - we have been at the disposal of our Clients under the name PIM, offering a wide range of industrial measurement equipment, various sensors, rotating machinery diagnostic systems, machine alignment, as well as thermography equipment. In addition to product distribution, we provide industrial measurements, machine diagnostic expertise, laser machine alignment, dynamic balancing, instrument development, installation of complete systems, instrument and sensor calibration, as well as thermography services. Building on our decades of experience, we have also provided professional training courses related to machine diagnostics, machine alignment, and thermography - already attended by thousands. In the future, we will offer professional online presentations for those interested.
We carefully compile our product range with an engineering perspective based on the needs of our customers. It is important for us to only distribute products whose good capabilities we have verified through our services, offering only instruments and technologies that have proven themselves in practice. We place great emphasis on ensuring that our products reach our customers at favorable prices, in user-friendly Hungarian design. This includes theoretical and practical training, as well as providing Hungarian-language product presentations, user manuals, guides, computer and instrument software. Furthermore, with our own developments and self-produced products, we strive to align even better with domestic needs.
We perceive our work as a vocation, striving for continuous improvement of our professional knowledge and skills. Nothing demonstrates this better than the fact that our colleagues hold VAT2 vibration diagnostic and the highest Level3 international thermography certifications, and our company is listed in the Hungarian judicial expert register for thermal power plants, electrical facilities, noise and vibration protection, and uniquely in the field of thermography.
To achieve and maintain a continuous high level of professional service, we have been operating a quality management system compliant with ISO 9001 since the foundation of the company, which was certified according to the MSZ EN ISO 9001:2001 standard in 2005, the MSZ EN ISO 9001:2009 standard in 2009, and finally according to the MSZ EN ISO 9001:2015 standard in 2015. In pursuit of our environmental objectives, we operate an environmental management system certified according to MSZ EN ISO 14001:2015.
